Our olive tapenade


*Ingredients found at Mediterranean Foods
4 anchovies*

1 garlic clove 

1 tablespoon of capers*

200g of black pitted marinated olive*

Extra virgin olive oil*

1/2 cup of chopped parsley 

1/2 lemon juice


Place all the ingredients in a food processor and whiz to a paste adding more oil if it looks too dry. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
