Spaghetti for 2 — Spaghetti aglio olio peperoncino & prawns


Ingredients for 2

170 De Cecco spaghetti

2 Cloves of garlic thinly sliced

3 Dried red chilli 

4 Tablespoons of chopped Italian parsley

8 King prawns shelled and deveined


  1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water

  2. In a large pan, gently fry the garlic and chilli. After a couple of minutes add a little of the pastas cooking water. Add the prawns and cook for 5 minutes.

  3. Toss the spaghetti into the sauce with the parsley
