Durum wheat semolina pasta is the great classic of Italian gastronomic culture. Our story began with her: protagonist of Italian cuisine, queen of your table.

The Bucatini (also called Perciatelli) are of Neapolitan origin, with an elongated shape with a round section and internally perforated.
They are mostly known for the famous recipe Bucatini all’Amatriciana, with tomato sauce, bacon and a sprinkling of pecorino romano.

However this rather versatile format is also excellent with butter, meat or fish sauces, as well as with vegetable sauces, prepared with a tomato sauce and the addition of peppers, aubergines, courgettes, olives and capers.
