PECORINO FIORETTO DEL MONTE

Description

Pecorino Fioretto del Monte is made with selected sheep’s milk and aged a minimum of two months. Its peculiarity is found in the intensity of its taste and scent.

The paste is compact, white and tending towards straw yellow as it matures. The best way to appreciate its flavour is to eat it on its own, if you’re looking for an authentic pecorino with a distinctive taste.
