In the Salsiccia Napoli Dolce, the appetising white wine flavouring is sweetened by light smoking.
The Forte version, instead, is spicy thanks to the addition of crushed pepper with its characteristic aroma and slightly smoky flavour.

Description
This mild Italian salami, called Salsiccia Napoli Dolce, is made with fine pork meat and white wine. Ideal on antipasto platters, to eat by itself, in a sandwich or as a topping for your most authentic Italian pizza!
