Durum wheat semolina pasta is the great classic of Italian gastronomic culture. Our story began with her: protagonist of Italian cuisine, queen of your table.

Paccheri are typical of Campania. Their name derives from “paccarià” which in the Neapolitan dialect means “slap”: in the popular tradition they wanted to convey the thick and heavy consistency.
They are recommended for the preparation of dry pasta seasoned with dense and full-bodied meat sauce, such as the Neapolitan one, which can penetrate inside the pasta and flavour it.
Alternatively they can be enjoyed in baked pies with cheese and tomato sauce or with rich fish sauces.
