Description

Durum wheat semolina pasta is the great classic of Italian gastronomic culture. Our story began with her: protagonist of Italian cuisine, queen of your table.

Linguine are the Ligurian long pasta format par excellence: in the shape of a small flat and narrow tagliatella, they were created to accompany the traditional pesto.
Thanks to the flattened section and the slightly convex shape, they are perfect for capturing condiments and returning all the variety of flavours.

They are excellent simply with butter and sage or combined with fresh tomato-based sauces, with vegetables and aromatic herbs or quick spicy sauces, prepared with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, chilli, anchovies and capers.

They are also ideal for fish-based sauces with shellfish and seafood and with “white” sauces prepared with milk cream, mascarpone, soft and fusible cheeses and with the addition of spices such as saffron, horseradish, curry and ginger.
