Description

Organic Olivetta Garganica is the native cultivar widespread on the Gargano, a famous area of Puglia region renowned for its flourishing agriculture.

The olive is green, elliptical in shape with a round apex and rounded base, and has a medium-small size – its weight ranges from 2 to 3 grams.

It has an aromatic flavour, naturally spicy and its aroma is fruity and is very similar to almond, another very important plant for these places.

It’s a truly healthy boost of beneficial properties for our body – antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, hypotensive.
