Oatmeal is one of the great “healthy” breakfasts for good reason: it’s quick and full of the nutrients you need to start the day off right.
After 10-20 minutes in boiling water and salt, depending on the consistency you desire, or 3-5 minutes in the microwave – your rolled oat is ready to be mixed with your favourite ingredients, such as plain or fruit-flavoured yogurt, milk, fresh or frozen fruit, nuts and other grains, or even veggies.
