Dijon mustard is a great classic in French cooking.

Tarragon version is made from black and brown mustard seeds and fresh tarragon leaves, for a bright, herbaceous bite with a spring-like aroma.

Smooth and silky, bold and versatile, perfect to add depth of flavour to sauces for sausage and barbecue and dressings for seafood and fish salad. Excellent also to brighten sandwiches and it’s an elegant condiment for cold plates and hot buffets.
