Dijon mustard is a great classic in French cooking. It is made in Dijon region in France and consists mainly of mustard seeds, vinegar, sugar, water, which will create the most pure flavour.

It has a tart, piquant and pungent taste, perfect to add depth of flavour to sauces for sausage and barbecue and dressings for seafood and fish salad. Excellent also to brighten sandwiches and it’s an elegant condiment for cold plates and hot buffets.
