Description

The Italian name of this product is Spaccatelle di Pomodoro, that literally means broken tomato. After being washed but not peeled, tomatoes are cut into 4 pieces, put in a glass jar and pasteurised.

These Spaccatelle are great, raw or cooked, on top of pizza and focaccia and with meat-based dishes.
