Description

This Italian cheese comes from of Bra, a little town near Cuneo in the region of Piemonte, Italy.

It is made from pasteurized cow’s milk. The cheese past has small eyes and off-white or beige rind.

Bra Tenero is the softer, younger version of Bra Duro, and is aged up to 45 days.

Its flavor is delicate, salty and rich.
