Description

This Italian cheese comes from Bra, a little town near Cuneo in the region of Piemonte, Italy.

It is made from pasteurized cow’s milk. The cheese has small eyes and beige rind.

Bra Duro is the older, harder version of Bra Tenero, and is aged for 5-6 months.

Its flavor is intense, salty and rich.
