INGREDIENTS

1000g "Fioreglut" flour

800g Water

S/9g Yeast

20g Oil

25g Salt 

 

METHOD 

  1. Mix all the ingredients together to obtain a smooth dough. 
     
  2. Roll out the mixture on a lightly oiled baking tray, cover with a damp canvas and let it rise for approx 40 minutes
     
  3. Season to your preference. Bake at 200c for approx 35/40 minutes.
