Feta and Dill Pasta Bake
Ingredients
  • 150g spaghetti, cooked
  • 8 eggs
  • 2/3 cup cream
  • 1 ½ Tbsp chopped dill
  • Sea salt and cracked black pepper
  • ½ cup frozen peas, blanched
  • 60g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • Method:
    Preeheat the oven to 160ºC.
    Place the spaghetti in a greased and lined 26cm baking dish.
    Combine the eggs, cream, dill, salt and pepper and whisk to combine.
    Add the peas, feta and spring onions and pour over the spaghetti.
    Place on a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes or until the egg is set and the top is golden.


    Serving The Dish
    Serve warm or cold with dressed rocket leaves.
